Lesson Assist (Pty) Ltd ("Lesson Assist", "we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of parents, legal guardians and learners who use our platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we keep it safe, and your rights under applicable South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

By using the Lesson Assist website or platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Account information: parent or guardian name, email address, mobile number and payment details when you register or preorder.
  • Learner information: first name, grade and learning progress data necessary to provide the revision service.

  • Marketing information: how you heard about Lesson Assist, campaign referrals and UTM tracking data used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
